We work hard to make quality products, and we want you to be happy with your purchase, in fact, we want you to love it! Most orders ship within 1-3 business days (often next day) and we will send you an email to let you know that we recieved your order and are fulfilling it. When it ships, we'll send you a tracking number. We use flat rate shipping and keep the rates as low as possible, even subsidising the rates and paying some of the cost ourselves.
